What is your Returns policy for internet purchases?

You can return unworn Internet purchases via post within 2 weeks of receiving your item, or to  the boutique originally purchased from within one month of receipt. We are unable to accept returns via post for any items purchased in a boutique.

Will you get more of an item in stock?

Unfortunately, we are unable to check whether a concession item is coming back into stock.

In the meantime, if you would like to find out whether a particular line is coming back in stock, please contact us.

I returned my order, how long will my refund take?

Please allow 14 working days for your parcel to reach us, and a further 3-5 working days for your account to be credited.

Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.

How can I check the balance of my gift card?

You can now check your Gift Card balance online, to check your balance please login to your account.

By registering, will you pass my details on to 3rd parties?

No, we will not pass your details on to other companies.
